Does Worxflow replace my current shop management system? +

Honest answer: it depends on what you want. Today, most Worxflow shops keep their existing system (TekMetric, Shopmonkey, AutoLeap) running for invoicing and accounting. Worxflow runs the operational layer on top: call coaching, decline-recovery, customer messaging, KPI tracking. Your team uses both, but in different ways — your existing system for the books, Worxflow for the day-to-day. Some shops eventually decide they don't need the old system anymore. We support a full migration when that day comes. We don't push it. Most shops are better off with the dual-system approach for at least the first year. What we DON'T claim: Worxflow doesn't write back to your TekMetric or Shopmonkey today. Those companies haven't opened that API yet. That means your old system stays exactly as you left it — which is good (no risk of us breaking your accounting) AND a real limitation (you still invoice in your old system). If "fully replace my current system on Day 1" is your goal, let's have an honest conversation about whether we're the right tool yet — or whether you should wait six months.
